After installing the oil sensor, the oil is not being drawn up. How should I adjust it?

If the oil cannot be drawn in, it is recommended to install a ball valve at the vent to narrow the vent and increase the pressure until the lubricating oil can be drawn in.
The installation location is shown in the picture.
